We’ve received all applications, and we’ll be emailing those who have been awarded a special code to register.

If you’d like to come and need a discounted ticket, we are always looking for hard working volunteers for many areas of the event. 

This year we need a couple department coordinators as well on our staff!  Please email us if you’re interested in hearing more about those positions.

2024 Scholarship applications are now open:

The purpose of the DESIRE Weekend Scholarship Fund is to provide opportunities and access for those who may not be able to attend due to finances. The scholarships are funded each year through donations from fellow attendees.

Selection of scholarship recipients will be done by the DESIRE Producers. Scholarships will be considered based on several categories.

Each Applicant may submit only 1 application; please choose all appropriate categories at that time.

For 2024, DESIRE will be presenting 10 scholarships which will cover 1 Regular Registration that includes event access, lunches, and a pin.

We also ask that you volunteer 6 hours.  We will email you the volunteer scheduling as we get closer to the event.

Applications must be submitted by completing this DESIRE application form on this page by 11:45 PM PST, March 29th, 2024 in order for applicants to be considered for an award.
